How do we track invoice statuses?

Our real-time dashboard lets you track whether invoices have been viewed, paid, or are pending.

How can we customize invoices?

You can add your company logo and adjust fonts to make the invoice reflect your brand.

How are refunds and overpayments handled?

All funds are transferred to the agency, so any refunds or overpayments should be managed by you.

How do automated invoice reminders work?

Our platform has built-in automated reminders for overdue invoices. You can also manually resend an invoice.

Is there a limit on the number of invoices we can send?

There is no limit on the number of invoices you can send.

How will I know if my payment was successful?

You will receive a digital receipt via email once the funds have been transferred to the associated agency's bank account and cleared. This serves as your confirmation that the payment was successful and includes all relevant transaction details.
